Pros
* healthcare plan is really good * Time independency is a plus, I am able to manage my time freely as long as I meet the objectives in the sprint and join the meetings, there is no micromanagement * globers are really nice and most of the people are willing to help * work sites are really nice if you want to visit them * travel policies to work in other countrie ssites are awesome * servicedesk is really fast, any devices that you need for your daily work are given and in case of not working they are replace really fast.
Cons
* there is a framework for career progression which assigns you a leader and is not easy to find somebody actually willing to help you progress on your career as a leader. * there is an option to switch from poject if you want to, but I have expirienced it is difficult to get out of a project, they are not that open as it seems for you to get out of a project. * salary increase is really difficult , supossedly it is gated by your perfomance reviews but even if you have a high score consecutively on your perfomance reviews it does not happen also notices or comunnications about promitons not happening for an extende period of time are usual. * salary increases are low, so if you don't negotiate your slary when you are being hired you will need to be stuck with that salary range for a long time. * you don't really feel like giving the extra mile has an impact on your comapny professional profile overall. * if you are in the promotion "queue" you will never know in which part of the queue you are, It might happen that you are not even in the "queue" but management tells you that you are because ther eis no way to probe you are on it , there is no transparency in the process overall.
