Pros
No Salary Growth, High Uncertainty, and No Innovation.
Cons
They seem to have very little interest in growing their India TDC. Salaries have not been increased for the past 3 years, and there is no transparency or willingness to discuss this with employees. Most of the projects in India are short-term, which creates constant uncertainty. High-quality and long-term projects appear to be allocated mainly to LATAM teams. Being on the bench can be extremely stressful due to job insecurity, and there is always a fear of sudden layoffs. Overall, the situation has been steadily worsening over time.
