Pros
As tech support in the helpdesk, you get unlimited overtime hours. The vacation time/sick time given is plentiful. Once you learn the POS system through and through, the job becomes much easier. This is an entirely train/ work from home position.
Cons
They’ve disassembled the helpdesk in GSO. Prior to doing so they only hired agents who were located in Mexico. Now all of the GSO helpdesk tech support agents who have been there for years and even trained the new agents from Mexico has all been laid off. Moving up in the company isn’t easy.
