      I met amazing colleagues at GDIT and the quality of staff was quite high.

      Cons

      We were some of the lowest paid government contractors in the DC area. Many analysts left 65K a year jobs at GDIT to make 90K+ a year at competitors' contracts.

      Good pay and flexible telecommute options

      Cons

      Extremely basic benefit offerings. There also seems to be a very wide chasm between GDIT internal (management/corporate) and front-line staff who are focused on the contract.
