      Pros

      Great benefits for you if you are there for 90+ days. You receive a paycheck every week. Great employee appreciation week.

      Cons

      Took them over 3 months from the day I was offered the position till I actually began my first day of training. I was poorly trained and subsequently told they were not going to keep me on past the probationary period.

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

      Cons

      If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.
