      Pros

      I like the people I work with. Most of the Managers are competent and really seems to notice the employees who work hard and their jobs.

      Cons

      Sometimes mistakes get made in the hiring process and people who are not a good fit end up in a job the is ill-suited for them. People who are terrible at their jobs don't get fired because it would cost the company more money to train someone new then to just keep the terrible person.

      Pros

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

      Cons

      If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.
