- Can feel very undervalued at times, especially when being asked to take on a larger workload than your normal role without being paid in a way that reflects the work and responsibility placed on you. - Favouritism with personnel at times plays a large role in terms of career progression. - In addition to favouritism, management does not hold personnel accountable in the same way as others as it is clear that said personnel are a reflection of said management and do not want to hold themselves accountable.
