Pros
- You have freedom to make creative desicions for merchandising. - 7-3 or 8-4 schedule - Lots of feedback on work.
Cons
- Management varies from store to store. If you have a bad manager or someone doesn't do their required job they could keep their jobs for years based on how well they get along with corporate employees. - Complains are not taken into consideration - Company constantly changes their minds regarding asthetics for the store as well as how to execute floorsets which makes you do double the required work. - Poor salary
