      -Great work life balance. -Very supportive teams. -Lots of benefits. -Moving to a different area inside the company is easy. -Good exit opportunities.

      -Have heard that promotions are more based on time than on merit, may vary depending on the team you're on. -Work can be very repetitive especially at analyst level if you are not someone who's proactive.
