Can be very stressful at times- need to make sure youre managing your stress levels & taking care of yourself. Health benefits are not great for employees which really sucks. Having the right supervisor makes a big difference (as with any job) so YMMV Things are always changing- must be able to navigate being given heavy workloads and having process changes frequently
