It's a day shift only job, Monday thru friday and you're off by 2:30pm no later than 4:00pm some of the customers are GREAT!!!
Cons
No room for advancement if you're already a grill chef the next spot after grill chef is chef manger and most chef managers stay a manger forever the pay really sucks
