Pros
Nice Campus. Many talented and nice people throughout all levels and departments.
Cons
Horrible miscommunication between departments. Very low pay for extremely high expectations. Lots of conflicts of interest due to acquiring too many partners labs and basically selling against themselves. Salaries and exempt/non exempt status completely out of line with a lot of favoritism based on personal relationships. Unbelievably Poor upper management throughout most departments and divisions. Allowing some people to work hard for very low Hourly pay while others earn extremely high salaries and recognition for taking recognition of lower level employees work and ideas. Poor Marketing department with too much outdated marketing information and material.
