      Pros

      The company is very warm and welcoming, making mistakes is okey as it is a part of the process, nonetheless it doesn't mean the company doesn't push. This is what I find the most amazing although they push for excellence they also reward for excellence, everything in the company is paid which makes working for improvement so much better.!

      Cons

      I don't have any, maybe that ghost student's dropouts count on our metrics

      Pros

      The organization and structure of the company is amazing, and so is the staff and leadership team. Instructions for our classes are super clear and everything is provided for us coaches.

      Cons

      It can be a little too demanding when it comes to expectations as a coach, especially when it comes to costumer satisfaction being so important for them.
