      Pros

      Good place to be where you can learn and improve in different aspects, the values and mission of the company are two important points of it as well since it makes you feel a part of something important.

      Cons

      The intensity of activities at times can be overwhelming and constant change doesn't help. Wages can be better as well based on the intensity and tight schedule.

      Pros

      The organization and structure of the company is amazing, and so is the staff and leadership team. Instructions for our classes are super clear and everything is provided for us coaches.

      Cons

      It can be a little too demanding when it comes to expectations as a coach, especially when it comes to costumer satisfaction being so important for them.
