Get to travel, enjoy a different culture, easy to move through the business if you have enough pull, always fun staff to work with and the kids are very cute!
Cons
Not competitive pay for living in a foreign country after a year. To caught up in Company polices rather than retaining great teachers. Will hire anyone with a bachelors and TEFL degree. Work day in and day out, very long hours!
