      Pros

      Not a difficult job. Depending on your assignment for the day, you can have 6+ hours of actual switchboard operation or 8 hours of getting paid soley for showing up.

      Cons

      The hours suck. There is no such thing as a snow day or holiday. They offer a bunch of sick/holiday/vacation time but then guilt trip you or gate keep you from using it.

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
