Pros
Company insurance plan and you don't take your work home with you. Once you clock out, you can wash your hands of that place. It's one of probably a few place in the business that will hire you off the street with no experience.
Cons
There is no employee loyalty, the pay sucks except for a few positions such as engineering. You can make more as a Master Control Operator anywhere else than a supervisor there. It's one of probably a few place in the business that will hire you off the street with no experience. Their train sucks - there is no training program to speak up. They try to lie and manipulate to both clients and employees alike.
