Pros

The perks are impressive, particularly the Disney passes and health benefits, among others. The majority of individuals are friendly, the primary campus is great, and the constant immersion in the world of sports is truly enjoyable around the clock.

Cons

Even if you're a committed and hardworking employee with consistently excellent reviews throughout your entire career, the decision-makers responsible for eliminating positions do not always consider individual performance. Instead, these decisions appear to be influenced by personal relationships. In the end, regardless of your dedication, you may find yourself being cast aside and told that it's not about you, its the position being eliminated. ESPN/Disney has undergone significant changes from its earlier days, and I wouldn't suggest pursuing employment there unless you're comfortable with low morale and the uncertainty of being at risk of job cuts every few years.
