Pros

Warm. There's a lot of good people who work here. Pay rate competitive. They will reward you in small ways even though it's a big company. The cookies don't hurt.

Cons

Obviously, year round work, meaning some holidays too. But you know that going in. My biggest con was the inability from management to deal with a bad supervisor. When someone has multiple complaints about them from staff and guests, something is wrong. But since having this person eased their burden, it was okay. Multiple fraternization policies violated heavily while I was there too. Bending rules for some and not for others. Not fair treatment for all.

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
