- Leadership has no clue what is going on on the ground - Employee value survey is meaningless - same theme every year -- lack of quick decision making. - Siloed work environment - departments do not act like we all work for the same company - HR is ineffective and disrespectful - Poor performers are rewarded and protected - i.e., people sleeping on the job on a regular basis, attitudes of "its not my job". - Recent reorg was handled extremely poorly with ineffective communication and months of waiting to see if you were going to lose your job while expectation is that productivity would remain high during FY close. - Lavish holiday parties while people are losing their jobs
