Pros

Some fantastic people throughout the company -- very passionate about the product and about making the lives of patients with diabetes easier. Benefits are decent overall, and events happen seemingly every couple of weeks, whether within the department or company-wide.

Cons

Pay is okay at best, and you will be made to work for every last penny. Training is often inadequate (especially at the Arizona facility) and you will mess quite a few things up when you start because you weren't given appropriate instruction. You will be required to work a mandatory eleven hour shift at the end of each month as well as a mandatory Saturday at the end of each quarter, which they will not warn you about during the hiring process. If things get busy, management will literally pay people twice as much as they pay you to attempt to help you (without giving anywhere near adequate training, so you will have to go back and correct mistakes). Benefits have major holes in them -- most notably, they do not have any 401k matching. Essentially zero career development or investment in internal talent, despite them launching their "DexcomGo" program.
