Pros
Its possible to make money, but environment is super competitive. Builds self confidence. Great place to start to get experience in sales.
Cons
Difficult for beginners, no one will show you what to do and carefuller of other salesmen who try to make half deals with you. Very difficult to get internet leads, since the internet manager gives leads to his favorite employees. Super long hours, if you plan on making money be prepared to give up your social life.
