      Great Benefits, treat employees well, smart and approachable/down to earth executive leadership. Company gets it, will continue to be successful

      Any company has ups and downs. CooperVision is no different but the positives far outweigh the negative and whatever hiccups are encountered, in general are TOTALLY worth facing to be a part of this company
