Significant professional development opportunities for employees with room to grow across Cooper, whether at CooperCompanies, CooperVision, or CooperSurgical.
Cons
Significant growth means some frustration with our current tools, but leadership is investing in infrastructure. Also, people don't know about Cooper - need to get the name out there!!
