Pros
Pay was good and they offer free lunch.
Cons
* Senior management is Al's Merry Men with some women in to check boxes. They don't even hide their lack of time for anyone below them. * CEO gets his admins to walk down the hall to pick up his lunch because he'd rather not mingle with the minions. * CEO told All Hands that people in the office are better positioned for promotion because visibility is everything. * IT'S ALL ABOUT the shareholders - people at the production plants are treated like third-class employees * Lack of basic business ethics is appalling. * Software and hardware (you know, the tools you need to do your job) don't work most of the time. * The entire communications team left and they didn't replace any of them, so we all did our own communications. * Our Human Resources team was compromised by leaders. * Senior managers and directors are rewarded for bad behavior with promotions. * 80% of directors are walking cliches but often think they are Ted-talk worthy material. * Propaganda about One Cooper culture is exactly that - propaganda - yet Al's Merry Men continued to push it. * Office atmosphere is awful - I wonder why? * Lonnnggggggg hours.
