Pros
You get three days off instead of the typical two.
Cons
Training doesn't prepare you at all for taking calls all day. You sit in these workshops and half the time you're not doing anything because of equipment failure. Then they throw you into taking calls with real customers and it's very anxiety inducing. Work life balance was TERRIBLE. You're on the phone with people who aren't calling to tell you the business is doing great, they're call because they're having problems and will downright blame you for it. Rude, inconsiderate customers and management will always advocate for them. They're extremely micro-managing - they will expect you to not take longer than 1 min in the bathroom and if you're going too frequently, your manager will pull you aside and ask why. Be prepared to have a lot of emphasis on pushing sales and marketing useless equipment/plans/devices to your customers. They will threaten to terminate you if you're not selling enough of this.
