Pros
You get to work from home
Cons
Management sucks, hours suck, training sucks.. I did not appreciate being thrown on calls and not knowing what I was doing and not getting help when i need it. You do get the hang of it pretty quickly but the sups are aweful at responding and helping out when needed. You have to take calls every 30 seconds and can only be off on your two 15 min breaks or 30 min lunch. Bad surveys hurt you even when it’s not your fault like hold times before you get to the customer. Your paid incentive is unrealistic. And to many computer issues!!! It’s sickening. You don’t get paid when their program crashes and it messes up literally every day. It’s really not a good company. It’s just unrealistic expectations and snooty supervisors and poor training program with faulty equipment.
