      Great corporate culture. Large company with family feel. A lot of opportunity for growth. Innovative and open to new ideas.

      Cons

      In certain instances, cross-functional teams struggle to collaborate. The industry was affected negatively due to Covid but they have done a great job bouncing back.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
