      Great compensation, good people, perks, support form management when asked for it Client focus. Long standing respect in industry.

      Cons

      Work / life balance didn't seem to be a key driver of the organization, ten though they said to was. Crazy hours.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
