      Serious disconnect between field individuals and regional/corporate management. This is a company that defines "corporate politics" way too well.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
