      Pros

      Good benefits and compensation package. Everybody is so polite, however they have hidden agendas.

      Cons

      People has a lot of time doing the same thing or in the same position, therefore is difficult to break stereotypes and bring new ideas to the table. A lot of hierarchy to go through and everybody has a political/diplomatic agenda of their own. Difficult to be the new guy in there.
