      appreciacion is relatively less no company car to tech people having customer visits no company credit card; expenses to be made with personal credit card and company pays with the expense form pays less then other multinationals

Strong process documentation environment (P&IDs/SOPs/LOTO), which helps you learn disciplined engineering practices. Projects feel practical and meaningful, not just “intern work.”

      Learning curve: There’s a lot to learn early on (systems, standards, plant terminology), so the first few weeks can feel information-heavy.
