Training was a waste of Citi’s money and a train wreck. Facilitator was all over the place. Normally there’s a flow to training, there was no flow and it was all over the place. OJT felt like sinking or swimming.
Good salary, friendly colleagues, flexible work environment

Direct Management were not great people managers. Made the job more difficult because of their inability to self-evaluate their role in directing subordinates. Doesn't take active part in training new hires - sink or swim attitude.
