Avoid like the plague - Senior Recruiter Cielo Employee Review

Pros

Flexible work environment, decent training

Cons

You either give up your life for a well-below market value salary or risk not being one of the "in" crowd. No amount of hours will be enough. Employees are routinely thrown under the bus to avoid offending a paying client, no matter how abusive the client becomes; it's fire first and ask questions later. I watched employee after employee crying at their desk because of ridiculously unrealistic expectations placed upon them. Unless you get lucky and land one of the "good" managers, you'll work for someone completely detached that has no clue what you go through on a daily basis because they spend their life in meetings 8 hours a day.

Hi, this is Tara Cassady, EVP of Client Services for the Americas. Wow, this is hard to read. We share all of these reviews with our senior leadership team, and I know I can speak for all of them when I say that we take your comments seriously – and personally. I know you’ve already left Cielo, but please reach out to me so I can better understand the experience you describe. My hope and desire is if we have team members feeling this way, they have someone to talk to. Contact me any time at tara.cassady@cielotalent.com or call me at 262-439-1428.
