      Mid day 3 hour ski breaks Fun atmosphere Close knit group Enjoyable co workers and management Discounts on ski gear

      Cons

      Clientele could be very demanding and Christy operates on the customer is always right The compensation doesn’t match the cost of living. I was a manager and wasn’t even breaking 50k a year. I wasn’t eligible for Health insurance until after 6 months working in a full time capacity Hours aren’t guaranteed so if it’s slow they’ll cut you, and for hourly employees that’s a big hit

      Pros

      Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

      Cons

      Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
