Pros
Good team work amongst other colleagues on the same team.
Cons
Management bullying tactics, getting yelled at for things which aren’t your fault. Refuses to let you speak to advise what the issue is or to be able to explain yourself. If you have time off god forbid taking annual leave. Second worst place I have worked at. A lot of favouritism too which feels like being back at school.
