Horrible company no pros would not advise anyone to join.
Cons
The cons. Management are very volatile and stab each other in the back. Hostile environment. Depressing and draining. The pay is not worth it they employe BAME staff because they know they can pay them less for the time and services given. Senior management are comfortable with dishing out sexual comments and threaten workers with the notion of losing their job there. Completely horrible place
