Pros
The company allows me to spread my wings and implement so many new technologies as anyone before. Everyone is heard and everyone is listening to. Everyone can raise a voice. Company is very open to a new way of thinking. I'm delighted to work here.
Cons
hmmm.... tricky one. I think we need more process and procedures but it will come as we are growing to be a more mature company.
