Everything is given to you - teacher manuals and keys, tests, worksheets, lesson plans. Good students in general.
Cons
Teachers are disposable and easily replaced, not appreciated or allowed to think for themselves and be your own. Management is inconsistent, unprofessional, not very experienced. Some treat you like idiots.
