Very snobbish management Bad salary & benefit by keep cutting cost Discriminating staff who has long term sick leave (such as work injury, chronic illness) by saying that they are having pattern sick leaves. You will enter a focus group to be look after by leave management team. Leave Management will say some beautiful words to ask you to give them the consent form to look at your medical record. However, this is a trap for you to disclose your medical history. They can find a way to say you are unfit to fly anymore. You have to either resigned or company asked you to leave.
