      The office is really nice There is a lot of opportunity Lots of visibility

      Cons

      I had a coworker brought to tears on her second day for not working fast enough, and I went through several stretches where I would take a call at 8 PM and 3 AM in the morning and then come in to work a full 10 hour workday.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
