Carrier has many platforms of opportunity that can advance your career along with company paid continuing education. There are divisions and plants throughout the United States to go for these opportunites if you wish to relocate.
Cons
As in all large corporations, there is bureaucracy and cultures within the groups and divisions and if you are on the outside of those cliques, you will be stuck. Once you are "labelled" it can feel like you have lost control of your career path.
