      Some great coworkers, large parking lot, subsidized lunch/cafeteria, project-oriented

      Cons

      management does not walk the talk; political games in upper management, lack of coaching for leaders, no mentoring of new employees, sink or swim mentality.

      Work - Life balance in tact given the work is done remotely from the comfort of my home.
