-Split shifts (no social life). -Rotas given for a maximum of two weeks, usually one week rota provided. -Cant warrant the money paid for the work that it is often expected. -No perks or bonuses either. -Pay grades for ages. (Can't warrant every site, but often the young ones graft much harder than the older ones and are payed £2-3 less per hour. -No training structure. -No organisation. -Under staffed. (Probably due to above and bellow). -No clear progression. -Very 13itchy environment. -Some staff don't have a clue what day of the week it is. -Doesnt feel like you're actually valued or cared for by management.
