Pros

The company really lives the values. I enjoyed and found the interview process challenging and interesting. When I started working here I found the culture to be exactly as the interviews portrayed. The internship also gives you the chance to present to Executives of BK and the CEO of RBI which probably wouldn't happen at another company. Interning at BK also gave me a lot of training in Excel, presenting, and problem solving. The first week is very overwhelming and involves a huge intake of information about Burger King, Restaurant Brands International, departments, and general training. Week 2 is just as scary and overwhelming because you look at the project and you don't have any idea how you are going to complete it. The scopes of the projects given to interns are huge. Nowhere else would an intern be given that much ownership or responsibility over a project that has that much influence over the business. After finishing this internship I feel like I contributed a lot to the department I interned in after leaving and that the work I created and left with them will be utilized heavily in the future. By the end of the internship you look back and can see how much you've learned and accomplished in the past 10 weeks.

Cons

The hours for interns but the hours also show you how much you would work as a full-time employee at BK. Turnover at the company in general. Some teams fell apart while interns were working on their projects.
