Pros
Multiple destinations both long and short haul plus preferential bidding. Fantastic colleagues who support eachother and self motivate. Fast progression subject to prior experience.
Cons
No scheduling agreement meaning rosters can be beyond exhausting. Treated like a criminal for time off whether it be due to sickness or injury (even if it occured in the workplace), berevement, fatigue, operations, carers leave, etc. Poor pay levels. All of the above contributing to a poor work/life balance which makes a long term career within Mixed Fleet unsustainable for the majority.
