Pros

Part-timers can be flexible with schedule Managers usually work at most 45 hrs a week, significantly less than other major salaried positions

Cons

Minimum wage which leads to a constant war for more hours of which are usually unavailable because store managers hire to many employees. If you want to be the top part-timer you will have to give up your life and get called in a lot along with working weekends. Manager trainee program is a joke
