They'll hire anybody without discrimination of age, sex, race, disability, or (and most unfortunately) criminal history.
Cons
HR is not there to help the employee as it should be, rather a tool used by the company to do the company's bidding, justified or not. There is a very clear abuse of favoritism in all departments. HR consistently exercises a strong bias in their determinations to discipline some employees or ignore the same issues with others. While they hold a strong EEO stance, their termination decisions are very often STRONGLY influenced by these very same guidelines creating a strong, and well-known amongst employees, bias of race.
