Average benefits; average pay; plant-performance based bonus program; recognition program for annual service / hire date (you get a cool t-shirt....yeah!); as with most places, many great coworkers help make the job enjoyable
Cons
never know if / when your plant will be shuttered due to lack of communication from corporate regarding 'how' your plant fits into their long-term strategy; poor or no annual pay raises for seasoned hourly employees; benefits' cost, for family plans, take too big a chunk of take-home pay
