Pros
They care a lot about their employees. They put safety first, and make sure you are never in harms way. If you're willing to put in the effort, there are advancement opportunities within the company.
Cons
Very strict on being efficient. Often found myself struggling to find something to do whenever my machine would go down. People get sent home nightly. People are drafted on the weekends. I've worked 56 hour weeks.
